Quit pulling off your leafs. Especially the soon in flower.
Bushy is good. You can fix broken limbs. Massage before you bend.
Check our the LST thread in my sig. you’ll get it.

Common mistake... or myth should I say. Leafs do all the work, flowers just sit there and look pretty.
If you feel like the flowers need the light, just fold the leaf out of the way. They have a purpose.
You ever notice when you cut a good sized leaf off, it gushes fluid out? The leafs tell the roots what the flower needs.

Thank you for your help ill try to keep stretching it out and fold the leaves downward or to the sides..

I feel bad now for my plants i wont take any more leafs would ig cause some damage or what can it happen now

You’ll be fine. I don’t recommend pulling any more off while you’re in flower. If you must, wait until the stretch ends. Typically 3 weeks.

There’s questions on whether or not they even work, and you don’t want to start any until week 3.
What line are you currently feeding?

Read through this grow for a few pages.

I would stick to their line and schedule since they are made to compliment each product.
