Is it just a difference in phenotype?

Hello fellow growers, I am looking for some advice on my two auto. I want to know why are they so damn different if they are the exact same strain soil and everything. I understand phenotypes but do they really differ this much or is it something I am doing ?
I am a first time grower plants are 3 weeks today from ground break. No LST yet but have been doing leave tucking. Any advice is appreciated.
Soil-FFOF
Light-viparspectra 300w LED
Tent-Vivosun 2x4
Water-ph Tap water

Quick update
Introduced some Cali magic through light foliar mist and watering, if girl was showing some spotting on two leaves so I jumped on it quick, also last night I started some more lst and am dying to see the out come.
Quick question guys, on the lip packet the seeds came in it said flower time 70-80 days. Does that mean that from seed to harvest it will be that time or that’s how long she’s going to be in the flower state? Any advice is appreciated... happy growing.
