Hello it seems like my soil in my plants are compact is this something normal ?
I always prepare my soil before poting i give this air and crush all the solid pieces and let it settle for a few days.
Let me now thanks
ps:i use coco soil + perlite soil +an add of coco extract

What is your mixture ratio?

What do you mean when you say "crushing"? Do you mean break apart? Either way, the term crushing doesn't sound good.....

A few more details please.

The way the roots look when you transplant can tell you a lot. Are they nice and bright white at the bottom of the pot?

Soil will compact for many reasons. Over-watering and watering too fast causes excess settling. Slow gradual watering in stages or even better a soak in a tub to water from below will help soil expand. Make sure you let soil dry out thoroughly between waterings.

Also, soil needs coarse material to hold structure and air pockets. If you crushed the perlite then you need to add more. Even breaking up soil clumps too finely prevents good air pockets from forming.

That's all I can say without more detail. photo of soil and especially root ball out of pot (if possible without breaking apart) would help.
