Hey guys and gals,
I'm new here even though I have been perusing some excellent information here from experts for a short bit. I had a simple grow that turned out horrible per my standards so I invested in a bit more new equipment in order to learn how to do it myself.
150W HPS Sun Systems
6 2700k 900 lumens cfl /optional
6 6500k 1600 lumens cfl /optional
24x32x64 GenevaBarns Tent
6" 250 cfm inline exhaust fan
6" duct
6"x24" Carbon Filter
I'm using a Honeywell AirFilter in the tent for additional air. It pushes more air than most small fans and traps errant cat hairs.
I will be using 7 gallon pots with Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil
I have General Hydroponics full suite of nutes and their PH test kit.
I'm hitting the dispensaries downtown to look for some good strains of clones tomorrow. I live in Denver so choice is pretty vast. I am partial to an easy grow sativa.
I've ran the lights today to try to gauge any heating issues and it is sitting at 86 F so I figure I am good there as long as it doesn't climb higher.
Photos coming.
