I wouldnt be 100% convinced she will herm. But its not good for sure. Just be diligent looking for bananas and balls. Shell be fine.

Yes, you should be fine.
A lot more stress on the plant to add extra light... very little stress to take away some light.
People routinely leave the plants in the dark for 24 to 48 hours before flowering without negative side-effects.
I have a very large white widow that is five - six weeks into flowering. She was refusing to bud even after week 3. This is a clone that I have had alive for several grows, and I know the plant very well. Not one plant has been barren after week 2 of flowering. So I put her in the dark for 24 hours - and she had buds when the lights came back on. Budding is now progressing at a phenomenal rate.
I wouldn't be worried about it.
