Lighting suggestions

Been indoor growing for sometime now.

A little history.
Started with hid 600w cooltube in a 4x4x7 tent. Then i expanded and used twin 600w hid on a light mover in a hidden room 4x15.
Sold the house and took a year off, then setup a mini grow with a 2.5x2.5x5 tent with a mars 300w to supplement a 2 cob cree 3500k lamp growing scrog with 2 plants. Ive done fairly well over the years and am in the process of changing my equitment.

New setup will consist of 2 39x39x7 tents on for veg one for bloom. Got a new 6 inch fan and filter coming but cant decide if i want to keep my dual cob light and add another 2 cobs or go quantum or cmh 315.

Any thoughts for this grow size of 39x39x7?

I read good things about all my lighting choices which makes it hard to decide lol.

What is the draw power of COB?

Using top-shelf arrays, I'd plan on 300w to give you adequate intensity for that area. I run Vero bars, as well as Samsung strips in my grow and it's hard to match the uniformity of hundreds of light sources spread over your canopy that the strips provide.
