Grow seem slow I was told the light was not good enough so I bought 2 optic 1 cob led 54w 3500k cob will these lights be good enough for a 2x4 grow tent will grow pick up am 3weeks in and will be 4weeks when lights make it to me and when should I start LST

100w is quit a bit low for that space

35-50w per sf is what ya shoot for usually

200-250w is good

What is the other light?

Yup, I got about 120 watts in a 2x2 vegging and the plants seem happy with that, for flower in my 2x4 I got about 260 watts but may add some additional lighting to hit at least 300 watts in flower in my 2x4

Plants look good and your extra lights should see you through veg but I would say you need a lot more to flower and get great yields.
I run 440w in my 2x4

It's the actual draw you need to work on, 125w would be ok but you want to double that for the win.

Watts, draw at the wall is what u want

After that the spectrum is as important or the type of light

I run 240w in my 2x4 for veg, all white light QBs,full spectrum,4000k diods

Even more in my flower tent, 2700k & 3000k spectrum

Our wattage posted is at the wall, some led companies use shady advertising stating a higher wattage but its actually some kind of comparison. The output is supposedly equal to a higher wattage then what is taken at the wall but Its really not and you need to look at how many wall watts not the companies made up equivalent

3weeks in should I start low stress training

i let them get a 3 - 5 nodes up then cut them back to start training.

check out @Budget LED for a board sponsored QB style light. mars hydro is another good choice dollar wise and is also a sponsor. kinda feel budget led edges them out when everything accounted. either good choice.
