Little white bugs

Hello people, iv got loads of little white bug things on my dirt, come out when I water, had the same sort of things last grow but they moved slower, hoping these are harmless springtails but I’m not sure , any advice would be greatly appreciated

Hey Kaldean, so from what I've read here recently that little guy is a springtail fungi eater.... The link below actually goes over some beneficial critters in the grow.

don’t kill these guys if you have them, don’t drench your soil or soilless mix with pesticides, don’t use diatomaceous earth to cover the top soil either because these guys will do the job for free. hypoaspis miles, a beneficial guy all the way. scavengers, so they will eat any pest that spends...
