Looking for build advice

Hey everyone I’m looking into buying and building a COB but would love some advice as to what drivers and less and spectrum colours to use and pretty much any advice I can get to building the best light set up for my space I don’t think I will need a whole lot of Iight only have a 2x3x8 closet but want to set up a decently deep scrog hence the thought of investing and building the right light to do it

Building your own light is the best ''weed decision'' you'll ever make, apart from growing your own of course


Quite a tall closet, I should think a ScroG would only use up about half the head room.


You could divide the cabinet into two layers and grow SoG, having one layer for mothers and clones and the other layer for perpetual flowering, this method will yield a lot more than ScroG and once it's in motion it's low maintenance.

For such a setup (and any other ) the Samsung strips (H inFlux or F-series) are the bomb, super easy to build with.

Thanks a ton purple gun rack and yea I like the height keeps allot of hot air from my girls but I really like your idea thank OU allot I will look into that for sure and will keep you updated on how it all turns out and how I plan to do it

This is what I’m working with I was th Bling of getting the gear to build one maybe two supplemental cobs to bring up the light in there my main question is is what leds and spectrums to go with
