Moving plants

many growers say there plants don't like to be moved a lot....

is that just for out-door growers or for in-door growers too?

i'm just a bit worried because like today,if the sun is out i put them outside,which means moving them...

The practice is a good way to introduce unwanted insects and possibly pathogens into the indoors. But other than that, I see nothing inherently wrong with the practice. As long as you use care in moving the plants (IOW, don't drop them or break a top cola while carrying them through a doorway, lol).

Unless you end up giving them an unsteady light-schedule through the practice.
