My First Grow Experience

Thanks KingJohnC great info I will keep lookig for male plants in case I have and will keep them in veg for 2 more weeks I fed them today from the new ferts I got and when they are healthy enough and big enough I will put them in the flowering tents. Big thanks toyou and ur truely big support appreciated.

I already changed soil few days ago I gave them water today and the run off water was 6.3 from some and others where 6.5 6.7. Im looking to all the other plants I see same at the picture above but one of the plants is so short and bushy so I guess that one is a male I will keep an eye on it. Today I went shopping for my ladies I got them a new closet 90*50*150 cm and bought reflective papers rapped it all from inside and made sure its light proof. I got 220 watts led light bulbs with 2 40watts cfl. Hanged them on a steel pipe in the middle. Half the work is done now tomorrow will add the exhaust fan and intake fan. Pictures in a while.

Now what :( plants are taller for sure but noticed burn tips on some and curved tips. I watered monday with 1/4 doze of what I should normally use and didnt water since. This monday im doing the same with 1/4 which is 5ml per 2 liter. Im waterig 200ml each monday. I changed soil yo a 6.0 ph soil. I ran out of ideas in this grow. Should I stop ferts should I keep ferts? I want those plants healthy to flower the hell out of them and start with new seeds new soil mix new grow room. I uploaded pictures please guys some1 tell me what am I doing wrong. Thanks you

Hmm yeah looks lige nute burn - when i plant in soil (with fert from the lokal supermarked for tomatos and stuff like that) ill start adding fert at week 4-5 when they are ready to flower and water dem 200ml each 4th day when they are in 1L pots ill normally just stick my finger 3 cm down in soil are the soil moist ill wait a day if its dry ill add water after 2-3 weeks ill plant them in 10L pots with same kind of soil and start adding 1L to each every 4-5 day :) hope this helps a bit

My new investments those are life savier no more overwatering and no more soil ph problems. I flushed those plants and will monitor their soil day per day with loggs in my data sheet for each plant. Anyway it was 10 $ for each reasonable price for such a tool.

I will water the plants again with normal water once their moister level is in the red area indicated on the meter. No more finger trick no more low ph soil always monitoring :) cant wait to flower those ladies ans smoke the hell out of them :) finger crossed

just read your thread and am all caught up! Just to let you know those damaged and yellow leaves will not "heal" the plant will shift its energy to new growth which is easier than repairing damaged leaves. as long as the new growth is showing no negative signs and the yellowing leaves arent spreading theres no need to diagnose a problem. Also allow a few days for any changes you make to "take effect". Looking great man ill follow along!

shrubHub thanks for your post. i know those yellow leave wont heal and they will be replaced with new 1. the prob isi added fertilized soil and added liquid ferts too. i didnt know my soil was fertilized so i burnt those plants but its ok if u dont fail u wont learn and succeed. anyway my plans are flushed now their ph is 6.7 6.8 some 6.5. no more ferts for the moment im gonna feed them ph 6.5 water only for few times and monitor them and in case of yellow leaf due to low ferts i would fertilize them again till then im goona keep monitoring my soil ph and moist lets hope for the best. thanks for subscribing have a good stoning day :)

i use a 6.5 ph water i have digital ph meter for water testing and soil ph meter i bought today.

Nice sounds like you're setup pretty well. I believe that controlling ph correctly is the most important thing when growing. You can give the plant all the nutes you want without proper ph the plant can't access them. You seem to have a good grasp on it , lots of good vibes to your ladies.
