My plant is dying: dropped fly ribbon

I've been growing my plant for about 4 months now and just took care of a serious bug problem. I had some strips laying around my box when one just dropped directly on the plant, pleases contact me with information on how to get my plant back to a healthy state.

It doesn't look bad from what I can see. (Try posting pictures of it .)

In the meantime, what appears to be the problem? No-pest strip is stuck to the plant? If it's like the ones I've used, the glue is pretty sticky; try cutting off the portion of the plant that it's stuck to.
