Name That Bug

I have some plants, indoors, reversed for pollen and waiting for the sacs to mature.

Looking at them today I noticed a bug on them. can anyone identify it and what would be a good way to get rid of them. (I assume where there's one there's probably a bunch)

That would be a carpet beetle.... No need for alarm they don't usually gather in large numbers and they wander for scraps of food or items made of keratin.

It almost looks like a Ladybug in camo gear!!! A couple of years ago I had been merrily squishing these little alligator looking thingys only to later realize, after some research, they were immature Ladybugs!! I don't think they are called Girlybugs, but should be!!
