Need help, should I change My plants to a bigger pot?

Hi there I have 3 plants and I would like some advice. you think I should transfer them to a bigger pot?
They are 4 months old and I've been growing them on my window all natural even regular dirt on the black one (that was given to me like that 2 weeks ago) and the other 2 just miracle grow soil and water. Wtf the black one is flowering faster and I can see the little white hairs(vintils) thanks everyone for helping out.

I would not rick transplant if they are in flower. That is the worst time to stress them out. Only transplant if you really have to. We would have no real idea if the need to transplant to begin with by not know what size pots they are in now.
