I'm using fox farm happy frog I'm watering every 2 days or when ever soil is dried out using fox farm big bloom 30ml grow big 15ml boomerang 5ml at ph 6.0

Well, that totally explains it then. First, water out of the tap is probably about 7.1 pH or so... not 6.0... so if you are just giving plain unadjusted water, that is part of the problem because you really need to be adjusting your pH of every fluid to hit that soil to 6.3 pH.
Secondly, you are watering too often. Learn the lift method so that the soil dries out all the way to the bottom of the container between each watering. You are overwatering by watering too often.
The biggest problem however is you are just totally winging it when it comes to using the fox farm nutes. The boomerang isnt even a major part of their nutrient line, yet you are including it as if it were a major nutrient. You are using ml/gal measurements that would only be referenced on the fox farm hydro feeding charts (soil growers use tsp and tbsp per gallon measurements) and the rates you are using it at are way way off of the chart. Your BB is being applied at about 6x the recommended rate and you are not using grow big at all.
Download the FF SOIL feeding guide and follow it to the letter, adjust to the proper pH for ALL of your fluids, and I believe your problems will go away.
