Questions:

Are the yellow leaves from lack of light or Nutrient Burn?
Should I top or FIM these plants?
Do I need to trim some of the leaves underneath to give them more light?

Where should I cut my clones from- the bottom stems or somewhere else?
Should I continue to Scrog after I take the clones or turn it Flowering Stage?

Is the one on the left the White Widow or the Northern Light? I may have mixed up my labels

I'll take a shot at this!

Are the yellow leaves from lack of light or Nutrient Burn?
It's hard to tell from the pictures, but I'd say the yellowing is from lack of nitrogen or a pH imbalance. It also looks like it could be a sulfur deficiency. I'm not completely sure about this one.

Should I top or FIM these plants?
If you'd like, but the idea of a SCROG is to allow you to bend/weave the branches into the screen, to keep your height down. This makes it so you don't have to top/FIM.

Here's an earlier shot of my current grow:

To me, it doesn't look like you need to trim any leaves. Try tucking the branches, and the leaves, to get them out of the way. If there are some covering budsites that you want uncovered and can't tuck, then trim away.

Where should I cut my clones from- the bottom stems or somewhere else?
Many recommend cutting from the lower parts of the plant, but I'm not sure how much it matters. You can pretty much take them from wherever you'd like. It looks like you may have some branches that might not quite make it to the screen or are very shaded, so it may be good to just take those as clones.

Should I continue to Scrog after I take the clones or turn it Flowering Stage?
It looks like your screen is getting pretty full, so you may think about flowering soon. I would flower and keep tucking the branches for the first 2-3 weeks to try to keep them all at the height you want. Remember, they'll stretch 2-3X their current height if you let them!

Also, I wouldn't mist your plants. You already have a pretty good humidity, and with a thick canopy like that, you risk inviting powdery mildew or other bad things!

Hopefully that helps, and your plants are looking great!

To me, it looks like they are a bit over fed. What's the PPM of you're nutrient solution and how often are you watering?
