I suspect that when you pull her out of there you are going to find severely atrophied roots. This plant is not able to get the nutrition it needs out of the soil for some reason, and if it is not the soil, ph or water... it has to be the roots.
This unfortunately is what happens sometimes when you start a small plant in its "final" container. Improper watering from the start never allows a proper rootball to develop, and once flowering starts... its too late.
