Ophelia rain soaked my buds, what to do?

With tropical storm Ophelia coming I had to decide whether the harvest three weeks or so early, or risk it and let them get rained on. I didn’t think it was gonna rain too terrible but it did, I was right on the edge of the storm. I’ve got koalas that are about 2 feet tall and way developed. Growing Amnesia Haze. Big thick koalas. What do I do now they were under umbrella but still got super wet.

pre storm pics, plastic is gone, ripped off by a previous storm. And I know I have septoria and caterpillars, just a few of those but they love fan leaves. I grow in NC and can’t grow indoors, long story.

As always, thanks a ton.

What's the weather supposed to be for next week or two? One of the reasons I quit growing outdoors here was fighting the weather in October. Not familiar with the Strain far as to how much mold resistance it has, as it can be all over the place far as extremes go. A heavy Sativa I could never finish outdoors here in the 45th parallel as too much rain in October (and wind, and cold temps and whatever else life threw at me...... Try and improve airflow by trimming off unneeded stuff, as that affects how fast/easy it will dry out along with the weather. Good luck with her :peace::passitleft:

Thanks, got two small circulating fans and one window fan going now and you’re the second person to say cut fan leaves and get air flow improved. Don’t really need them too much right now for any type of veg growth. Thanks dood.

Based on the Raleigh forecast it looks like the eastern half of the state have on and off rain through the day and the whole state starting to see some clear skies by evening. Then two days of sun with a few clouds before the humidity and mostly cloudy skies return.

Shake the plants to throw off as many water drops as possible. Spray the plants down with something to slow down any possible mold or mildew. Let the sunshine hit the plants. The fans should help since the winds are going to drop and supposed to stay down for the rest of the week.

I do not see any brown stigma/pistils, not even partially brown, just white ones, so it looks like an early harvest is still 3-4 weeks away.

Welp @radrichie61 you pulled off some Nice Looking Colas!! I am In a similar situation here on the West Coast of the PNW. It's straight up rain and fog everyday for the next forcastable couple weeks. I put my outdoor ladies in an Out Building with an SF4000 for supplemental. They still need 3-4 weeks.

My point is that try and keep them as dry as possible.. But the outdoor humidity is what Wreck's Buds come late Sept n early Oct.

Just keep in Mind that yeah a plastic cover above will keep them dry for the most part. BUT, a plastic cover Will Trap Humidity around the tops of the plants.. JM2C:passitleft:

Here they are yesterday, all is great. Well, I don’t have any experience to say what looks good or not, but I like em. 2nd grow. Last year in the ground and this year in 10 gal pots
