Outdoor auto flower grow, transplant question?

Hello all I am going to be growing 4 autos outside this year and I keep reading that you should not transplant, I plan on sprouting in paper towel and then into solo cups and then probably into some prepared holes in the ground. Can I do this? or how should I go about it if I cannot transplant? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks all.

I would sprout in solo cups then straight to soil. You won’t have long with Autos to transplant multiple times.

Yes. As soon as you have 2 set of fan leaves transplant. Don’t keep it in the cup any longer than you have to.
