Acorbic Acid aka Vitamin C can mix some with water its pretty acidic so only need a little bit

Citric acid... you can buy at most local wine kit stores...

vinegar = acetic acid = herbicide

Citric acid = mostly made in China

you have stuff already in your cabinets.
