Can someone confirm if this is actually weed. If it is why won't it goto next leaf stage? It's been about 2 and half weeks.

It's weed. Damaged weed. 2 weeks is enough to know she is done. I have 1 similar only the second leaf it's very small.. I will keep it a week to see how she develops. No room to waste time

Ya it just doesn't want to go to next stage. Grrrrr

It's a mutation. I DO see a terminal bud, so it may need more time to develop. It does look healthy, otherwise.

I've had a few mutations that make one wonder: one with 3 cotyledons, one with one cotyledon and no growing tip, One with 3 growing tips......
