Yes a female plant from a fem seed can pollinate itself. Look for a pollen sac on the plants.

My 2¢ on stress before harvesting is leaving them in the dark for a day or so probably gives them maximum terpenes since they produce them at night and they degrade during the day. Other then that, I don't think you can really do anything good for a plant in 24 hours. The frost on the nugs you've watched slowly develop over the last eight weeks isn't going to magically double or all the sudden ripen over night. You can easily kill and ruin a plant in 24 hours though.Gonna chop/trim/dry tomorrow.. Any tricks to stress them etc for the next 24 hours? Thanks guys, you helped me a lot
make sure you don't have too much airflow. Thanks mate, just gotta make sure it drys correct now, should be fine have temps/humidity nailed
Weren’t you spraying them with water just a week or two before harvest?Or was it because maybe that plant took longer to dry out after flush and 2 days without water than others?
Yes you Have got it spot on i think, but I had to weigh it up risk rot or more seeds growing inside my buds lolWeren’t you spraying them with water just a week or two before harvest?
It happened way before harvest and when I did harvest is was to late.Weren’t you spraying them with water just a week or two before harvest?
It's what you grow that sets the thinking game into high gear for me. lol Nice job, now on to the next one.May I also add that when we took them down after drying all was well (Well odd seed here and there but nothing compared to the main plant that went herm!) Anyway, whilst snipping buds off last manicure etc we got to plant 9 and in 1 spot in the middle of the main cola BUDROT was starting to form! Obviously we removed the affected part and carried on and found nothing else.. My question is,, WHY?! Temps and humidity were bang on apart from the odd time I allowed the room where the tent is in to get cold thus raising humidity and started a rot process just before harvest?! Or was this caused by the drying environment? Temps were usually between 18 and 20c rh 45% to 55% so to my knowledge that is right. Anyway if love to hear your thoughts on that 1 guys! I love learning more, knowledge is power when growing and as long as I'm here my knowledge will be a lot better for the next run,, we battled pollon, light leaks, seeds, and even narrowly avoided the dreaded ROT! But still somehow managed to get a half decent harvest (and seeds which I won't use in case they have tendencies to herm under stress)! EDIT... Or was it because maybe that plant took longer to dry out after flush and 2 days without water than others? This growing game makes you think a lot... And type a lot haha
