I pre watered the soil until run off , then poked a small hole in the center with a pencil about 1/2" + , then placed the seeds root down in the holes using tweezers. Covered with soil and added a little more water.
I'm just going to run one light now (300w led) @ 30" above the plants at a 18 on 6 off cycle. I need to figure out how to post up pics on my phone....
Great progress Jack
I almost always start my dates when I drop the seeds but others when they pop through the soil.
To help stabilize the heat you can add a small fan and you can try turning your exhaust fan down when lights are out
My grow room is in my basement that is how I control temp drops

Can’t wait to see some pics of your little ladies
The filter is attached. There are two of these lights for the 2' x 4' space. Initial plan was two plants. I started 3 seeds accounting for one failure but they' re all good so three plants it is !
I think I may have planted them too deep so last night so I carefully picked away some of the soil to expose the top. sort of induced labor I suppose. This morning they were up so I will call today day one.
Hum. at 42% , temp at 77 with just one light running and fan on low. Light 30" above the plants.
I think I need to beef up the fan. The math says the room is 66.76 cu.ft. , guidelines ask for 2 to 3 x's cfm's so I need 133 to 200 cfm fan so the 100 cfm isn't going to cut it. I will order a 190....
