Quantum lights are so flippin' bright, what protective glasses are you using?

I have a pair of these Apollo's I have used now into the second grow and they were decent with the old cob lights but these new big quantum boards with the lm301b's are so intense I wonder if there is something better.

Checking the plants once the lights come on at 9pm makes for such intense light I swear it makes me wired for hours and tough to sleep as I think it tricks my mind that it's daylight. My eyes feel tired after too, and this is not even looking right at them, just down at the plants.

Anyone have any glasses that they really love?
