Screen of Green?

I'm planning on getting a hydroponic grow cabinet and cultivating sativa plants, I've done some research and am concerned that a grow cabinet won't be vertically large enough - as sativa plants can reach up to roughly 30 feet. So I'm looking for ways to control my plant's height and the most promising methods I've found is LST and SCRoG. Can anyone suggest a better plan of action or perhaps detailed advice on either of those two?

LST and scrog go hand in hand really. Rather than post lengthy reply it would be best for u to check out some of the grow journals that involve scrog technique. depending on the size of ur cabinet will determine the best route to go so a few more details would be helpful.

Either use of topping and Low Stress Training or use of a screen could work depending on how much height you have available, keep in mind certain strains of cannabis stretch 3x-5x. A Screen Of Green or refered to as a SCROG is the method I would use for sativa cannabis plants if you have limited height.
