Scrog: GSC & Gorilla Glue Autoflower, Soil & Coco, LEDs, Indoor Tent

Check out my new grow and please chime in with any observations or advice. I am not a new grower but I am far from "expierenced" and still need help from time to time.
This first scrog is in a 2'x4'x6' tent with a Girl Scout Cookie autoflower on the left side and a Gorilla Glue auto on the right. We are 4to 5 weeks into flower. (I am not sure of the dates)
They get Sensi Bloom parts a & b for their main food. I use ro water so I dose with cal mag to 100 to 150 ppm's then Sensibloom a & b til 700 ppm's. Then I finish up with 5ml/gal. of Big Bud and ph the solution to 6.0 to 6.1.
I have a 300 watt led that fills the whole tent. I just turned it up to 100% after haveing it at 2/3 power. It is 28 inches off the canopy and estimate the par/ppfd to be aroung 800 or so. I understand it emits 1000 par/ppfd at 24".
The media is 1/3 coco coir, perlite, fox farm ocean forrest mix. Coco coir was a brick from Mother Earth which I washed with ro water and buffered with cal mag. They are iplanted in 3 gallon fabric pots. What do you think? What are you growing?

This 300 watt led fills the whole 2'x4'x6' mars hydro tent. I don't think they are on the list of lights we can mention, so I won't. But it's a great light for that tent. I think I bought it fron HLG for about $420.00 It has a dimmer switch, a meanwell driver (what ever that does) and it runs very cool. It is also very light and comes assembled with pulley system included.

I am pretty sure that a pack of seeds I received one year from Crop King had a colony of russet mites "overwintering" on the seeds. Yes, they can do that, apparently. They were in one of those tiny Ziploc style bags. I placed them into storage. It got *hot* (I know, I know - and I've been paying for it ever since, lol). Some time later, I was trying to get (anything :( ) to germinate, and I happened to pick up that pack and look at it. It looked as though hundreds (more?) of "micrograins" of dust had spread out from the seeds.

A pair of those lights - assuming they're actually 200-watt units (an inexpensive Kill A Watt device would show the user what a light or anything else plugged into the KAW actually consumes) - would probably be much better suited for a 2'×4' tent than for a 3'×3' one. Both because of the amount of light and because of the shape of its footprint.

OP: I don't like MiracleGro products in general, for a few reasons. But with that product, specifically, my main concern would be its NPK ratio. Someone posted a good nutrient profile for cannabis, and... well... that's not it. If I'm not mistaken, it was @FelipeBlu . Was I correct, Felipe? If so, would you be kind enough to enter the discussion, please?

a meanwell driver (what ever that does)

it powers your lights (drives your emitters). equivalent to a ballast on an older hid type light.

I have a 260 watt led fron hlg, also with a meanwell driver and I have noticed it seems hotter than it used to be. It seems like it is harder to keep the tent cool and it's very hot to the touch. Is this something to worry about, you think? Maybe just my imagination?

is the excess heat coming from the emitters or the driver ?

a simple test is to rest your hand on the driver or emitter plate. you are in a safe zone if you can rest your hand on the fixture for two minutes comfortably.

I can only rest my hand on the driver for 2 or three seconds. Do you know what this means; is the driver bad?

I put a fan on the driver and it's less hot now. It's in a different tent anyway, nothing to do with this grow here.

that's kinda hot. mean wells generally don't get that rung out. loads of fixtures have provisions to run the drivers remote if they are adding too much heat.

it's a good idea. keep an eye on it. if it continues to get hotter i would consider dropping that light.

the heat builds due to resistance. it if gets hotter past a certain point, it means resistance is building, and is an indicator of a fail, or eminent fail, which could lead to other mores serious issues including fire.

you might wanna have a look at this fire safety thread and how stuff started.

Yep, your right; I have decided to replace the driver. I thought they would cost more. Thanks for your input.

toss some pics of the driver up. a hot driver doesn't mean that's where the fail point is. mean well has some lower end drivers - as well as the good ones, so it might be over worked.

also could be overworked due to an issue elsewhere in the rig. check all your wiring and connectors. check to see if any emitters are burnt. test your dimmer.

This is my Zkittlez Photoperiod from Nirvana. It is in a 3'x3'x6' tent with a hlg 260 rspec led light. It pulls 285 watts. It has just been turned to 12/12 a couple of days ago.

Here are pics. of the driver I am concerned about, but it is much better now, I think. Also pics. of my inline fan. I got the temps. inside the tent under control and the temp. in the room itself is cold, very cold, probably under 70f.

just keep at it. probably just needed to move and extract a touch more air. conditions aren't bad at all.

decent driver. a little different spec than i was expecting.

Yes, thanks, I will keep an eye on it.

Here are some pics I took this morning. I just fed them, in ro water, 2ml/gal cal mag, sensibloom a&b til 700-800 ppm's then 3 ml/gal Big Bud Ph to 6.0 to 6.1 They should be somewhere in week 4 or 5 of flower. gsc auto left, gg auto right.

Update on the Girl Scout Cookies auto and the Original Glue auto both from Nirvana. I have a new nutrient guide, I am trying to mimic a schedule the best I can anyway, from a member here called "Cultivator". I am using ro water then cal mag to 100 ppm, them Sensibloom Coco til 700 ppm, a scoop of Great White/gal then a tsp/gal Big Bud. I don't have most of the stuff he uses but the idea is there. We are in week 5 of flower.

Are these Original Glue auto's here on the right, are they foxtailing? That's what it looks like to me but my 300 watt led is 30 inches above the canopy and I was wanting to lower it to 26 inches.. What do you think?

With signs of nute burn on the GSC auto, I dialed the nutes back to 600ppm and flushed til return was under 1000 ppms. I also lowered the ph to 5.9 from 6.1-6.2. I did this because return was 6.8 ph. Other than that, all is well. I added Great White and Sensizyme to the feeding regiment as per Cultivator suggest.

And the Original Glue auto in the overflow closet.

And a week later, I pulled one of the original glues because it was growing leafy and stringy. I think it hermied. Anyway, here's the other two.
