How old is it? If it’s just sprouted within a day it looks fine it should start turing towards your light soon.

Will do and was going to ask how often should water it as seen alot of threads saying alot of different amounts and times , its an autoflower if that makes any difference ?

Totally depends on your soil and stuff. I grow in perlite and water as often as I can, but normal soil and stuff has to dry out a lot before waterings. Look for some grows on here using the same soil as you and see what they do.

Congrats! Where's your light? It'll grow towards that right quick I recon. I'm as new as you but that cup looks plenty wet to me, I'm letting my stuff dry out as long as I can stand it and definitely NOT getting on a regular watering schedule, rather go by what the plant tells me.

THis here is reeeally good too (from @Emilya ):

Cheers and good luck!

It should turn to the light soon, if not already. Make sure you have enough light on it. :)

Looks like heavy, wet soil - I'd let her dry out and then get her into her final home.

With autos you really don't want to repot, or upcan, but that clear cup won't cut it.... maybe you can slip that into a styrofoam cup in the short term to protect the roots from the light, which they don't like.

You can get another clear cup and put it over that one to eliminate the need for that plastic wrap. Punch a few holes in it. That plastic wrap is a good idea to start but cumbersome moving forward. I've also used sandwich bags over cups for moisture control on seedlings.

Looks good, happy days ahead ;)

Thanks will take your advice on the other cup and ive let the soil dry out a bit and moved some out , one of the leaves has curled round abit , this normal aswell ?

What is that medium? Looks like coco or peat....

Hiya been wondering if curling in a young seedling is normal , its the first set of leaves after the oval shaped ones and they are curling downwards ? Thanks

New growth doesn't look good. What's the growing medium?

Normal soil from the shop. Sounds legit. Lol. The curling doesn't bother me as much as the yellow new growth on the first set.

Id dry her out and see where you're at.
