Welcome! It's probably still just orienting itself after germinating. What are you using for lights and how far from the plant?

I would remove the plastic cover too.

Hiya Stirstick its been in medium for 2 days now and the light is about just under a metre above it

Give it a few days,it'll straighten out-
A metre seems kind of far from the light,even for a seedling.
And as @Oldbear said-lose the plastic wrap-seedlings need to experience the "real world"as soon as possible- they can't acclimate to the environment under plastic.

HAve lost the plastic wrap and moved the light closer

Yes it does the hull may have done it , will be fine if you get that light above it so it stand up and give you a cheer
