Should I add perlite

I have 5 indica females at 2 weeks into budding (grown in soil). the tallest being 23 inches and the shortes 13 inches, all look very healthy. would it be a good idea to add some perlite to their pots? and if so, do i just add it to the top of the soil and gently turn it down into the soil or should i just leave em alone? thanks for any suggestions

If theyve gone this far then they will be fine without it. Perlite should be added before seeds are planted, mixed evenly throughout the soil.
