Kind of depends on your Medium and the Nutes you are using, along with personal preference. Most folks go a week or two with just plain water when watering.

Thanks man i have been flushing for a few days due to the leaves looking like shit anyway. So i think ill keeo it up till the weekend then rip the fucker out. cheers for the advice people much appreciated
