Spider mites and feeding nutes to plant on veg

I found some spider mites on one plant and pulled it as it was riddled and I didn't know about soapy water... My question is I have a smaller plant in veg prob 25_30cm tall I found a small amount of spider mites and hit Them with their first dose of soapy water... Now 24 hours later it's nutes day... Do I continue to feed plant nutes as usual? It's pretty dry.. Top 1inch of medium is dry.... I read somewhere I should try to dry out medium as much as possible...
P. S I'll be getting neem oil on Tuesday...

Yup. Feed away. If the plant isn’t to big, you can wrap the pot with Saran Wrap, turn it upside down and dip the whole plant in a 5 gallon bucket of water with a few drops of dish soap in it. That’ll drown most of those bastards
