Slow growth spider mite issue

Wasted 2 weeks on these bastards thought I can keep going but I’ll probably throw em out and crack some seeds. Got a cleaning regiment for me? What product do you use pal
The plants are definetly salvageable and if you only seen one mite maybe you'll be ok. But for me when I see a mite I'll stress about it until I empty my tents and use a strong insecticide spray then peroxide diluted with water and then, lol I know, A mix of water and anti bacterial dishsoap in a spray bottle. I use the dishsoap and water weekly through all stages of the grow but just to clean the tent walls and floor. I also grow cilantro and chives in my tents as beneficials.

Shall I just ditch them? & start my seeds?? Opinions please damn
