Maybe. It looks like it's showing some vague signs of sex, but still looks early on to me.

Have to agree with iwltfum here. A little too early to tell. Often new shoots just starting out look like pre flowers.

It means the plant is still in veg. Flowers grow out of the same spots that new growth comes out of.

I think you may be referring to the stipules? Or your new growth hasn't gotten large enough yet, and just looks like 2 leaves?

Well, it's been 3 days since he posted the photos. They should have at least changed and grown. Need an update please.

OK guys here's the update so far no pre flowers I had her in complete darkness to start pre flower and checked on her after 5 days and I found white mold on top of soil and small natts inside grow I need help on that and how long to keep her in dark to start pre flower

O I have a bit of nute burn on her but need help to get this in flower mode I'm 2 1/2 months into veg and no sign of flower

5 days in the dark?! I think you started having issues because the plant thought it was dying, and wasn't sucking up any water, leaving your medium stagnant for 5 days. I suspect it might take a week or so to recover from that. The most darkness you should leave it in is 48 hours to force a pre-flower. I'm not a fan of forcing pre-flowers in the first place. It will take it's natural course if your just change the light cycle to 12/12
