Hello guys,

so my girls are in 9th week and some of them are getting close to be chopped down. I know i should flush them 2 weeks before harvest but i am still not sure how do i tell that i have 2 weeks left. Is there any particular state of pistils or trichomes to indicate that i should initiate flushing?

If you read @InTheShed ‘s synopsis, you could go either way. Using water only would save you some money, as you’re not spending money on nutes. With a bunch of plants and over time, that could add up. Some people do what they call a rinse and reset with a couple of weeks to go, to get rid of excess salt build up.

Got ya, i am not that strict on the budget. My goal is simple - quality over quantity. So i dont actually mind using nutes until the end as long as it does not affect the taste in a bad way. And according to @InTheShed thats non sense

funny news, my seedlinglike looking plants just started preflowering. I guess i will be happy if i roll like 2 joints out of those 9 plants
Since i have not much to lose at this point i though i would LST one of two similarily looking plants just for the sake of practice and comparison. Do you guys think its a waste of my energy or its worth trying?

Direct sunlight is best but ambient light is good. Your plants are fine. There making bud sites doing their thing. My plants get only 6 hours direct sunlight and no problems . My advice dont mess with them to much. Water/feed n walk away. Bigger one is Bubba Kush that was born in March small one is a Lowryder 3 weeks old I had kicking around

Yea i am with you on that. Leaving them to their own business is something i have learned in the process. My friend says: "growing is alchemy but only if you want it to be. Ultimately those plants only need light, water and air."

Hello guys,

so i am wondering whether this one is ready or not. Most of the bud sites have amber pistils curled in already, only few small spots dont. I dont really want to harvest partially. Trichomewise i feel like its where it needs to be (looking for most THC), i even found two trichomes turning amber. What do you guys think?
