Need more info: what lights are you using and how big are they, soil or soiless, nutrients, air exchange/ movement how much water and how often. The more info the better.

To me it looks like the soil is too rich of nutrients and also possible the room is to hot. I would suggest flushing them.

pH issues, hot nutes and probably some heat stress too.
