I like to fill a pot with roots before flip.
But that's just me 2 cents.
Also your ladies are hungry I'd get them healthy and growing vigorously before flip.
Are you feeding them?

And did you put cal mag in your plain water first?
Not sure that it should go cloudy, don't think that's normal.

You have to put it in first and wait 10 minutes or it fecks up your mix.

H2O2 is Hydrogen Peroxide? I thought it Kills beneficial Bacteria?

my Nutrients Tank inside the Tent has Temps that's makes me Worry :=( yesterday i built everything inside underneath I add the Hygrometer the the Tank the cable for outside Temps check and this morning the Temps are inside the Tent 24 und the Water 23 celsius its sadly.

Well that's a good question.Good morning
My Flood Table can catch lot of water so that my Tank is nearly empty (no good) but i don't think the water have to reach to much in hight.
I do picture on the water level how hight is enough for the water level look at the Math band in cm
Unfortunately I don't have an answer.
