To flush, or not to flush

I gave a flowering OGK Hempy a bit too much nutes apparently and slightly clawed most of the larger leaves. No twisted leaves... no other signs... just clawing and tip burn.
I did add some clear water to the buckets to thin the mix a bit.

Flush or not?

Re: To flush, or not to flush....

I would, thats a bit of nitrogen toxicity, the leaves look waxy.

what stage of growth is this??

Re: To flush, or not to flush....

Flush it is then.
Got plenty of clear water lined up.
I'll ph it, dump out whatever water I can, then flush them with ph'd clear water. I'll let them set in clear water for 2 days (normal feeding every other day) and then fill them back up with a lighter mix.

c526... I have a lot of waxy/shiny leaves on my OGKs. Is this a sign of too much N?

Re: To flush, or not to flush....

if they look waxy, feel waxy and have the downward claw, then yes those are signs of a little to much N,if they get toxic they will effect other nutrients, all of them work within each other

have a look at these pinwheels, they show how one nutrient controls the others, and if one is locked, short or toxic it effects more than just what the issue is
