Too much nutes, or too little nutes?

Just wondering if i am adding too much nutes too early, or too little nutes? These seedlings are about 3 weeks old. As you can see in the pics link, some of the first true leaves on the bottom are yellowing slightly. Also how often should I be watering these guys? I currently give them 30ml of water every morning considering the small cups they are in right now. Any help is greatly appreciated.

~ One more question too... I am using hydrogen peroxide in my water, is 3 drops per Liter(500ml) OK?

From what little knowledge I have...I would guess they were over fertalized. I've seen seedlings that looked like that and they seemed to be stunted and never grew much bigger.

21 days old from seed... baby those girls, hold off on nutes but "Root Excell." and some "Super Thrive" never hurt anything.
wait for somemore growth before feeding but for sure listen to BE I, bigger pots.
as for the hydro per...never used it so I cant say

it claims for a 1 drop / 1 gal... im sure 1ml / 1 gal wont hurt
