Title says it as y'all can see by my poorly taken pictures on the phone I have stated with a super crop along with toping when my baby have not even got it 2 full node.
Plant seems to be handling the super good that was done as of 2am today and the toping Wich is as of 4pm today.

What is gonna be the outcome of young training?

I'd take out the LST, prop her up with a chop stick and leave her alone for a while. Wait until the top branches are 6-8" long and then LST those sideways AND tie down the lateral shoots that come of the top two branches and With a LONG veg She could end up looking like this...

I began LST on my Gorilla Glue Auto at 14 days, that could have been a bit too young. I germinated her in a final pot of 50L. I still haven't given her the chop yet and today she's at 102 days. I am estimating a yield of at least 5-6oz. To answer your question as to what will be the outcome of young training, anything really the worlds her oyster! I have always tended to top early, and with my quadlining I have done so training out the 2nd and 3rd nodes. But so many different approaches that all can produce wonderful outcomes, so good luck with what you decide.

Here's a pic from when her training started at 14 days, a similar stage to your's maybe?

This one at 28 days

And here's one taken about a week ago, the LST'd Gorilla is in the foreground
