Im trying mainlining and I have a question. Im still wanting the plant to grow outwards more before i flip to flower. I have my 8 branches established. My question is should i trim the nodes that are starting to come up in the middle? Also since i have my 8 main branches already will growing it outward more even make a difference?

I would say growing it outward even is not as important as growing it to not shadow itself. Having each node aka bud site have its own light area is the key to even weight, of course it will also come down to the genetics. Outstanding job I am impressed

Thanks for the replies guys. Also dont make me blush it cant be that good im a newbie lol.

But nobody answered my question, do i cut those nodes in the middle or not? My thinking is I want all energy going to the 8 branches so anything before i flip to flower should be trimmed right?

No, if you cut them the plant will only try to replace them and they are perfectly good bud sites
Just let it grow now

i'd leave it as well. looks awesome from here.
