Uploading photos

Can sum one tell me how the hell you up load photos in journals in progress I have been trying to make my very first grow journal but i cant figer out how to upload photos its really pissing me off for lirtaly hours now I been typing I have put my whole grow in to this journal I finally decided to do one and I can't upload photos im fucking over it iv read the how to upload photos thread like 30 times unless it's my phone, sumone anyone help please help
