No! You only have like 8 leaves. The buds are set, plants not gonna get any bigger. Just let her ripen, that's it.

It's hard to tell from the one pic but no. Don't do anything. Your doing fine. You will have bud to smoke and next time around you can get into trying topping, and other methods. No harm done. Just straight growing and there's nothing wrong with that.

More like 4-5 weeks, keep checking the trichromes. All cloudy trichromes, 10-30% amber, then pull. When you're sure it's done, wait another week.
