Very basic help needed

Hi,
I'm new to hydroponic growing, and I'm sure I'm over thinking this but I'm baffled on adding nutrients. I have a 10 gallon resovoir due to be changed and plants up for first feeding, now do I add enough nutrients for all 10 gallons or just a half gallon per plant? Sorry this is a noob question, just trying to avoid making a stupid error.

Pre mixed powdered. Instructions say 1/4 to 1/2 tsp per gallon, which is causing me confusion lol. How many gallons do I add? All ten? That seems a lot but I dunno

Remember. A ten gallon bucket not filled to the top prob is only 8 or nine gallons.
1/4 per gallon at ten gallons is 2 1/2 teaspoons. I'd go even lower and check ppm. 1/8 per gallon. 1 1/4 teaspoon total for ten gallons.

Rockwell and uhh honestly I think they are clay pellets unsure, truth be told it was a cheap starter kit I bought off a friend.
Some info:

I have a 10 square foot space, currently running under 400 watt cfl for 2 white widow, simple 10 gallon tote resovoir an air stone which I modified to get greater amounts of bubbles from 10 gallon pump. Very basic setup in hopes to produce a few ounces

You said plants. Plural. You don't have multi plants in one ten gallon bucket?
To answer your other question. Change out the whole bucket fresh at least every ten days. Some do it at 7 days. Do you have a ppm meter? Ph meter?

I use the hydroton pellets for DWC. And the Rockwell, for flood and drain..
