Has anyone had this virus or micro organism in your plants. First orange spots, or greenish translucents in the leaf, next red dot it appear in a trichome like sphere ,but it is not a trichome next it starts to grow ant then it turn grey black and back to leaf it get elongated sometimes 19 to 20 ir so. It eats all the trichomes and their is no oder to the plant, if left untreated the plant will mature and turn brown .But no potency, The plant will mature if I keep treating it ,but the organism will not die it just slows down and keep coming back. I have recently just bought a digital microscope and camera, But nI am not to proficient with it as I am 86 years old.I have 3 photos which I will post within this next I will post more photos as I can learn to operate this computer
I have been fighting this organism for almost 3 years to no avail.Have tried every pesticide and fungicide Cheap and expensive, have it in outdoor garden ,in indoor grow room in Green house, Tried to get help from pros ,no one has helped so far,Universities no help

I'm in organic soil and I have used Nematodes with great results :thumb: ...If it lays a larvae style egg...it's dead...

:goodluck:

I do not know about nematodes but I tried predatoy mites ,no worked
The Nematodes will kill and eat predatory mites too :thumb:
this organism has no movements, they just appear like measles from within.I have watched for hours they never move they just appear even when they start turning grey-black new little dots appear inside the red dot .but no movement
That sounds like some kind of mold or a fungus spore of some type...do you have fans in your grow room?
Matter of fact just use the link in my sig on how to ask for grow support and the community will figure this out my friend...because there's a lot of questions and variables to be answered :snowboating::goodluck:

Nematodes are a parasite that attacks the soft bodied larvae of insects and other organisms...they kill...eat...reproduce...and move on to the next victim...but if you have mold they're not going to help...better air ventilation is the only cure for that...

Its an organism of some kind, I watched on camera microscope for hour and half ,It does move at a really slow pace you can not tell it moves and left the part where it was like brown, It changed shape and color, I got about 15 photos , but I can not attach them because I do not know how to save them, have to wait till this afternoon when my granson comes

Well the Nematodes were a good move for me all around...I live in a rural area and the bugs get pretty bad...so for shits n giggles I spread the rest of the nematodes on my lawn around the house :thedoubletake::thedoubletake::thedoubletake::thedoubletake: I haven't been bitten by a mosquito or seen flies while grilling :high-five: it's still in the high 60's low 70's where I'm at so I may have to reapply come summer :thumb: but there cheap and effective...so why not...I'm really not the 6 pack and bug zapper kinda guy anyway :rofl:
...I'm rambling :goof: anyway I would try them...for around 36 bucks there's not much too loose :thumb: just put an @ in front of my name and I'll come help if I can

EDIT: I'll help with info :thumb: not hands on gardening :rofl: :sorry:

Glad for your generosity,Here are some photos I took last night over an hour and 1/2 waiting, the organism moved and changed color and shape about 1 pinhead ,but I could graudually see the change in the computer.I have 20 more in between; [Jimsdesk2@comcast.net]

I tried that ,;so tried 1/2 alcohol and water, hydro peroxide tried ,tried Galendra occidentalis predatory mite,, If I could definitly identify then ,that would be a start,As it is I have tried insecticides, fungicides .predatory mites, Oxidate Venerate ,Azamaz ,DE,I have tried to get them identified ,At universities pest control companies on line, nobody can identify them, a lot of universities turn me down because cannabis is illegal at the federal level and they can not work on them because they get federal grants. The people who have looked at them are puzzled, they have never seen them before.
one more thing they come from within the plant and then multiply ;I think with the grey-black matter is a mold like substance. Like spores on a mushroom,They just pop out like measels

My hunch is it's some kind of parasitic amoeba or other protozoa. There are ones called 'free living parasitic amoebae' which are opportunists. What is your water source? I would suspect your soil source or the water supply you use. If you are using organic materials that could be another source.

water source is well water. I have choriinated it, every year 2 gallons of bleach, sits over night. Soil source. They are in my outdoor Garden ,i built a new grow room in my basement ,they appear there. I built a New 10x 12 green house they are there.my garden soil I built from clay with compost. My indoor room i have used 5 different soils, And I always hydro peroxide my soil to kill any bacteria in it, once when I start the seeds then when I pot them again any every other watering. I have had a garden since I was 12 years okd I am now 86 years old. My problem started 3 years ago, before I never used any insecticides only Sevin for my brocolli and squash plants. I have spent over $9,000 in the past 3 years trying to rid my garden and grow with no avail.
here are latest photos as it evoles and eats .2 hour development.

I've just read that there's an amoeba species where many thousands can stick together and move like a slug. What it does is transport itself to a suitable site, like a plant, and then plants bacterial spores in the flesh of the plant and harvests the fruiting bodies which might be those measle spots you mentioned..

Fruiting bodies of the amoeba Dictyostelium discoideum contain bacteria and spores of amoebas. Each sorus is attached to a single slug, comprised of about 100,000 individual amoebas.

No it does not look like that,I have been on the microscope camera for about 2 hours llookig at a single sepecimen. not knowing nothing about biology, I see a lot of things that baffles me,If you care I am sending you what I have seen and photographer, the photos were taken about every time I would see a change
