What Alien Bug is This?

Found this critter today on one of my tomato plants. I’ve never seen anything like it before.

Is it good or bad?

This looks pretty close...
Golden Tortoise Beetle-They eat leaves,mainly Morning Glory and Sweet Potato.
Not sure about tomatoes or cannabis...

We got strange bugs here but first time,I seen those, thanks,sooo much. I find them interesting....not in my grow but... Lol

They're definitely interesting looking bugs...an infestation of that second one probably looks like glitter on whatever it's eating on...

Thanks @carcass. That’s exactly the insect, thanks. I’ve never seen one and thought it looked really cool.

Hopefully they don’t find my girls...and stay off my tomato plants too.
