Ya, maybe it's the strain...
Try raising the light 6" to entice streatching, I'd also get a pH pen, water pH is very important

Autos start to grow up when the tap root hits thr bottom of the pot imo
Then start to flower when the roots hit the sides.

You may have fed a bit early but they should recover. I don't start feeding mine until the cotyledons start to turn yellow, every time I have, I've had problems. I started feeding mine straight tap water years ago for the first month or so and don't have early problems anymore.
I'm only on my first grow myself (Auto Amnesia) so I don't have much experience. But after 14 days mine were looking very similar. The problem turned out to be poor drainage. Mine were planted in mini fibre pots in potting soil & 10% perlite. The water wasn't draining & they seemed to stop growing completely. LEves were drooping & yellowing like yours appear to be. I immediately repotted in cool (unfertilised soil) and 30-40% perlite.
