Is it true that after about three months the plant shuld start producing thc wich shuld stop the bugs from eating my precious little flowers?

Looks a lot like thrip damage, black specks are thrip shit and trails are feeding marks. Spinosad would be your best option for caterpillars and thrips. The photo showing the underside is why I say thrips.

What is happening with the leaves on the lower part of my plants? They are geting yellow for about a week now... I have been takeing them of since they are geting yellow...
