Can be common for females to produce "specious" flowers towards the end of flower either due to genetic or stress factors. Most of the time these flowers have no pollen in them and at this late stage in flower it wouldn't do much damage. By the fading of the leaves and the yellow larger leaves looks like she has been underfed. Like @Billpopy79 said could be just swollen Calyxs. Think just riding it out, till her trichomes are milky/amber and enjoy what you got.
