Looks like a bit of a cal-mag problem, but it's really hard to tell under that lighting. Maybe take some more pics using a flash. And what are you using for lighting?

like Pantagruel said it hard to see, take some new picture of her with more light
I'm not too sure, but look at your leaves .it looks like you may have some bugs problem ,Some of them are eaten.

Looks like cal/mag deficiency to me, and maybe crank up the lumins
