yes, in a good organic soil, you will not need fertilizers if you are regularly up-potting to the next sized container with fresh soil.

The good folks at biobizz however would love it if you used their fertilizers anyway... it just puts more money in their pocket, and they really don't care if you hurt your plants with it as long as you come back and buy more later. They will even lie to you, and tell you that their stuff is considered to be food and that you must feed your plants. They won't tell you that you are already feeding your plants all they need, with good soil... the natural way.

I believe you were asking about the size of your plant in that container. Resist the urge to up-pot until your plant has established a healthy root system. You can tell when the root system is where you want it to be, when the plant is able to drain all the water you give her in less than 2 days.... when she can do that, up-pot to the next size... say 1 gallon. Don't go too big with each step up.

Also, to entice the roots to grow like this... be sure to dry out your containers all the way to the bottom before watering each time. This is a weed, and weeds do not like their feet to always be wet. If you are finding that you are doing something to your plants each day... you are probably not doing things right.
